How to Recalibrate the Pureline Salt System

If you are noticing that your salt system is not functioning properly, you check the level of salt in your pool and its not matching the level on your box. It might be time to recalibrate the your Pureline Salt box. This is a step-by-step guide on recalibrating the Pureline salt system.

Step 1

Move the switch to OFF

Move the switch from auto to the off position.

Step 2

Press the System status Button

Push the system status button nine times.

Note: If this is the first time recalibrating your system, an E *** should be. If this is the first time the system has been recalibrated, it will say E000. If the system has been recalibrated before it will display the E plus the amount added for the last recalibration.

Step 3

Turn the Chlorine Output Dial

Turn the chlorine output dial to 100%, then back to 50%. The E*** should start blinking.

Step 4

Add Parts to the Box Reading

If you need to add parts to your box reading. Starting from 50% on the chlorine output dial, you can turn it to the right and add up to 800 parts to the reading on the box.

Note: If you need to add or subtract more than 800 parts from the reading on the box. Then you will need to repeat the process to add the extra parts.

Step 5

Subtract Parts From the Box Reading

If you need to subtract from the reading you had on the box. Starting at the 50% mark spin the dial to the left, and you can subtract up to -800 parts.

Note: If you need to add or subtract more than 800 parts from the reading on the box. Then you will need to repeat the process to add the extra parts.
