Step 1

Submitting the Correct Photos

We will need three photos that the manufacturer requires for the warranty claim.

Step 2

Photo of the Motor Front Face

The first photo we need is the front face of the motor, where the shaft is.

Step 3

Photo of the Motor serial number

We will need to locate the serial number on the motor. It will be on the main label or a standalone sticker on the side. Make sure the photo is clear and shows all numbers and letters.

Step 4

Photo of the Motor Label

The last photo we will need is of the label on the motor that shows the specs and model.

Step 5

The Reason for the Motor Warranty

The last thing we will need is a short description of the problem with the motor for the warranty.

Step 6

Submitting the Motor Warranty Claim

The last step would be submitting the motor warranty claim. If you are working directly with a customer care representative, email them back the information and photos needed. If you are submitting it yourself, use upload@inyopools.com.

Note: If you don’t have an email from the representative you were working with, you can also submit the claim at upload@inyopools.com, and in the subject line, put att. To the rep’s name you were working with.
