How to Submit a Pool Winter Cover Warranty Claim

Closing your pool for the season typically entails using a Winter Cover. The winter covers that we carry typically come with an 8, 15, or 20-year pro-rated warranty on material degradation. All covers come with a warranty sheet that shows what your warranty covers and how they need to be installed. We recommend reading over this before installation. This is a step-by-step guide on how to submit a warranty for all grades of above-ground and in-ground winter covers.

Step 1

The First Photo We Need

The first photo should be of the winter cover on how it was installed. 

Note: We recommend that when you first install the winter cover, you take a photo and store it in a file for later.

Step 2

All other Photos

We will need any other photos of the damaged areas.

Step 3

Reason for the Winter Cover Warranty Claim

The last thing we will need is a short description of the problem with the winter cover for the warranty.

Step 4

Submitting the Winter Cover Warranty Claim

The last step would be submitting the Winter cover warranty claim. If you are working directly with a customer care representative, email them back the information and photos needed. If you are submitting it yourself, use upload@inyopools.com. If you are working with a care rep and don’t have an email to contact them with in the subject, add att to the rep’s name.
