Step 1

Description of the Issue

We will need a brief description of the issue you are having with the system.

Note: We will also need to know if the salt system is connected to a timer to turn on and off every day.

Step 2

The pool Chemistry

The next thing we will need is the pool chemistry.

  • Chlorine
  • Alkalinity
  • P.H
  • Cyneric acid/ Conditioner
  • Calcium
  • Salt
  • Phosphates
  • If you can test (Nitrates)

Note: For the best test results, use a liquid pool reagent test kit. These kits are the most accurate. Tests from a reputable pool store. Will work as well.

Step 3

 Readings off the box

The next thing we will need are the readings off the box. You will get these by starting with the first readout, pushing the diagnostic button and recording each readout

  • Average salt reading
  • Temperature
  • Volts
  • AMPs
  • The percentage system is being ran at
  • Instant salt reading
  • Software revision
  • Cell type
  • Salt calibration

Note: If you adjust the percentage dial to 100% this will give us the readouts as if the system were creating chlorine. This will help us in diagnosing the issue

Step 4

The Photos Needed

This section covers all the necessary photos for a warranty claim.

Step 5

The Condition of the Pool

The First photo we will need is of the condition of the pool.

Note: We need to have this photo because if the pool has algae, this will keep the pool from holding chlorine.

Step 6

The Box Installation Photo

We will need a photo of how the wires in the box are installed.

Note: Let us know if the power in the box is 115v or 230v.

Step 7

The Salt Cell and Flow Switch Placement

This will need to be a photo of the cell and flow switch installation.

Step 8

The Cell Plates Front and Back

We will need two photos, one from each side of the cell plates on the inside.

Step 9

The Label on the Cell

The last photo we need is of the label on the cell itself.

Note: The label should be on the bottom.

Step 10

Submitting the Pureline Crystal Pure Salt System Claim
