My pool is on a hill. The conduit was broken by a worker and the water is back flowing through the conduit. I drained the pool below the light to stop the flood.
I cannot fix the conduit, it is buried under concrete. Can I seal it off inside the light fixture?

Yes, you can use an underwater epoxy or a rubber cord stopper.
