    replaced both actuator diverter valve internals and both flapper valve with new flappers. Still the spa drains? Any other reasons? I don’t detect any leaking around the pool area.

      We also mention checking the plumbing for suction side air leaks or faulty diverter valves. Did you troubleshoot those possibilities?
